Hi Francis,
Look at my post for 4/2/2010 - which shows Bon Marche in 1891.
Hope it will answer your question. If you are looking for an actual photograph - please let me know and I will supply you with a link to Photobox, who will be able to provide you with a 10"x8" print. The Bon Marche store was later rebuilt as George Henry Lee (part of the John Lewis chain). The building now is a TK Maxx store

I am in the process of cataloging a dinner service marked "Bon Marché (Liverpooll) Ltd LIVERPOOL". On some pieces it says "SEMI PORCELAIN (above an anchor motif) and Bridgwood and Sons ENGLAND. It is very useful to have a photograph of the building from which it was ordered and I wonder if I can date the pieces further? They belonged to my great aunt who lived in Birkenhead and was married in 1910. Any help in dating would be appreciated.
