As one who has photographed Liverpool since 1983, I was delighted to find your Streets of Liverpool website. One of the delights was finding an image of the demolished David Lewis Theatre.
You do a great service with your publications – the recent volume of C F Inston was a revelation, as I had found the contact prints in the Record Office; it was a delight to see his work in such detail and to read about him.
It would be good to think that my work may find a place in one of your publications in the future.
I’d love to see your work. The whole point of my blog is to work towards a structured photographic history of Liverpool. Many of the images I have featured are from people like Stan Roberts/Harry Aiscough and Frank Lenhan – none of them professionals but all fascinated by recordinf the city.
