Yes the change is definately well captured here. The high rise flats were the beginning of the end for communities. Even though these kind of homes are now part of our history they have definately been more of a curse than anything. And of course an ideal place for lift and staircase vandalism to begin.

I once saw a piece of film where there was a block of high rise flats and opposite was a Victorian graveyard, that image was also very powerful because of its contrast.
